Shopping is what we do ... when it's time to buy presents for 187 children served by the Edinboro Food Pantry!

Thanks to help from the Knights of Columbus, area churches, two Key Clubs, Circle K and others, these children will have a very merry Christmas!

The Edinboro Kiwanis Club was organized on September 25, 1986. Currently, the largest service organization in the Edinboro area, club membership includes those in a wide range of occupations and age groups. It offers the new member an opportunity to become personally acquainted with people of good standing in many vocations, with varied backgrounds and experiences.

The Club reaches out to attract members from the greater Edinboro community, people of high moral character and concern for human betterment. It offers its members personal growth through hearty fellowship and teamwork, plus the benefits of many strong friendships. Dues for current members are set at $116 a year ($224 for a married couple).

The Kiwanis Club of Edinboro meets every Tuesday morning at 7:30 a.m., at Charlie's Pub & Eatery on Route 99 (in the Giant Eagle plaza). The cost is $5 per person and includes breakfast pizza, fruit, pastries, and beverages. Board meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month, immediately following our regular meeting (approximately 8:30 a.m.)

Everyone is welcome!
