General McLane High School -- Sarah Webb
Nomination by Megan Green: Sarah works incredibly hard in her position, coming in early to run the GM Cafe and often staying late or working on weekends to prepare for her classes, the Cafe, and her positions as Advisor for both Student Council and the Senior Class. She personally connects with every one of her students and provides support in all areas of their lives. Sarah creates such a positive atmosphere in the school.
General McLane High School -- Hannah Washek
Nomination by Melanie Mischler: I have been co-teaching with Hannah for two years now and gotten to see, first hand, what an exceptional teacher she is. She truly cares about each of her students and works hard to help them be successful. Additionally, she is a wonderful co-teacher and has really carried the weight of the class this semester as I have been in and out with medical issues.
Parker Middle School -- Dawn Johnson
Nomination by Tanis Tuttle: Dawn Johnson does not have a degree in teaching but she is a teacher in every aspect of my classroom. She creates activities, delivers instruction and assists students all day long. I consider her my co-teacher not my aide.
